Just got my matrix and I tried to flash with the programmer....it all went fine and i read it and it had the right md5....but when I instal it, it wont work...i get the blinking light in mode 1 so i switch to mode 3....my xbox boots but it says mircosoft at the bottom instead of executer 2....i did this with the 4977 and the 4976_02
