- Before your issue can be addressed:
1. Does your XBox have a Chameleon mod chip installed? (This is the Chameleon area of the forum.)
2. If mod chip is installed, what BIOS do you have installed?
3. If your BIOS is also installed, what Dashboard are you using?
4. If BIOS and Dashboard meet requirements, do you have a computer connected to the XBox via switch or cross-over (patch) cable?
5. If yes to #4, do you have an ftp program installed on your PC?
6. If yes to 5, do you know the IP of your....
