When i turn my Xbox on i see the Xcuter logo under my Xbox logo
then the Evo-X Cd loads up

Then when i try to setup my nic card to get into my Xbox HD so i can change the xboxdash.xbe thats when i get all these problems.  Some reason i am getting conflicts


I am using Mircsoft Windows XP Pro

Evo-X 1.8.3921

And a Dvd-RW to boot the Evo-X

It sounds like an IP conflict, which means you need to either change your XBox IP, or your computer's IP.  They cannot share the same IP address.  Make sure you have setup the default gateway and other network settings correctly.

Finally most of your answers will be found in the EvoX section of this forum (because your problem is not with the Chameleon). Or you can check the hardware section.  This has been covered quite extensively.  There is even a good tutorial out there on how to do it.   Just search.
