What Do I Do?

step 1) Flash your chip with an xecuter bios (4977 or 4976.02)
step 2) FTP into your xbox using Evox
step 3) Name your original xbox dash to xboxdash.xbe and your evox dash to evoxdash.xbe
step 4) There is no Step 4
step 5) Disable your chip, boot up, and see if that fixed it.
