That's it, EZBuy has driven me insane... is there no human being there?!  I've sent them a few hundred e-mails and tried posting on the forum, but they won't change my shipping address! >_<  They're telling me to scan my credit card to make sure it's not stolen because my shipping is different from my billing... my god, the only different thing is the name- they don't even give me an option to cancel the order!

btw, why don't you guys have FedEx Ground?  Express is a tad... expensive.

smile.gif  Express brings it to around 66, pretty near 70, while ground puts it around 62.  I simply like saving money.  biggrin.gif

And having the option for ground couldn't really hurt...

another thing deals with trucks, ground and express 2 diff divisions so requires 2 diff scheduled pick ups, basicly mor eof a headache so we keep it simple on our end and theirs, express gets their faster and customers are happier, ground would be slower, we like the idea of the product getting their in a nice and fast mannor sorry.
