i doubt its a bad chip i tested them personally , so i would check your install bigest mistake is user error, no need to call yourself stupid moding isnt easy i mean it is solder less but not easy. Why did u solder it on? You didnt have to do that.
Hit me back up with full details on this install & what method are u trying to flash it with?
