Thanks Kazaki and akilla for the advice.  I've tried xiso with no success.  I'll give craxtion a try next and let you guys know how it went.

Now I see the confusion.  One person has the BIOS burned...the other does not.

BIOS DISC= Standard data cd on CDRW
EvoX dash DISC= XISO on CDRW

Well, my bios was flashed using a programmer (not from a CD-RW).

Anyway, I just gave Craxtion a try, but again, no luck..

Sounds like your mod aint working. Try Reflashing your bios again, try flashing it with x2 4977 bios. Why? because the x2 bios changes the MS text below the the Xbox logo when your Xbox starts up to Xecuter 2. If you try it and it says Xecuter below the green X you KNOW your mod is all installed and working properly. cool.gif

make sure you make the iso with xiso and have the renamed evox.xbe foler to default.xbe in there,
and the skins folder also the evox ini,and a bios folder with whatever bioses you like also remeber to use static ip in the ini file for easy ftp connectivity. if you cannaot get this to work check your glasses and your media.

Are you stupid? Or just misinformed. Xiso makes bad iso's Simplexiso make GDFimage (The XDK Iso image builder) style images.

If you don't believe wander into the dvd creation forum and see.

all the boot iso's for"evox"and evox only have came out bad with simple xiso ,and xiso seems to be my best avenue for success with evox boot disks I make all my backup games with simplexiso I was just saying simple xiso has made bad boot disks for me in the past so maybe that was his problem I'm sorry for you being an asshole
