well what version xbox do you have if you dont know look in the tutorials if you have 1.3 it wont work unless you solder it if you have 1.2  are the lpc points filled in if not fill them with solder if you have a 1.2 or lower just try putting more pressure on the side with the one pogo and wait for the green
