I have xbox v1.0, matrix, x2 4977.

I was playing a game one day, did IGR and then FRAGG.  The xbox will turn on then off 2 times and on the 3rd try I would get green and red lights on the power led.

I read on the forum that some thought the bios got corrupted somehow.  Other say it got misaligned.

Well, I just want to say that my problem was that it was misaligned.  I didn't want to believe it was because before I try re-aligned it, I set it to mode 1 and it was blinking green.  That usually mean that the chip is correctly aligned.  But I didn't want to believe that the bios could somehow get corrupted or overwritten since I left it in mode 2.  

So I unscrewed the chip, aligned it again (as troublesome as it was) and blam! everything worked as before.  I did not need to reflash the chip.

This makes sense since I bought my xbox over to my friends house recently.

I just want to put in my experience with encountering the fragg problem on a matrix.
