what u can do is use the solder pads ment for the direct solder solution

Or better yet simply fill in the holes of the LPC points .. clean them well and try the solderless addaptor .. that should work okay if the holes are filled in ( thats all the rivets do )

Why not just use the existing pin header? It will be a much cleaner fit with the female pin header on the chameleon.

SKS, you shouldn`t of had that much trouble with the solderless addaptor.. unless somethign went wrong witht the D0 point..

R u sure the chip it`s self is okay ? If u do use wires install .. try and keep the wires short ..

Happy to say that I got the chip working perfectly in my orgininal xbox. I was busy looking for an alignment LED to come on, when there isnt one..... idoit....lol
