Resetting Game

My modded xbox has been behaving for the last 3 month until last night when I had a problem. I run my games using HDD Loader and up to last night night I was able to change from one game to another by pushing the eject buttom, pushing back in the tray and then choosing a new game. Last night when I did this I got error number 13. I can however shut the machine off and restart and play the game of my choice. Any ideas to what happened?? Thanks
