Flash Upgrade Question

Once I program the chameleon with a bios of my own and leaving the cromwell in place as a backup, how do I select the bank I flashed to boot as the default bios/bank ? ( example Cromwell is on 1 and I flash X2 4977 to bank 0, how do I select bank 0 to start up as the default ) I read the manual but I'm still kind of lost. And also in the event that it doesn't boot, can I flash from the cromweel screen other bios's to other banks or only upgrade the Cromwell on that bank through software ?
