It also says that it shouldnt take that long for it to get flashed.. its still just solid blue not blinkings it been about 20 minutes or so.. Im not sure if it needs to have xecuter on there or what ?

You might want to try to boot off a different bank and try flashing that one instead of bank one.

I use cd-r and it woks fine, you just have to make sure that it is a brand of cd's that works.
