Dealing with easybuy can be difficult.  I had ordered a matrix from them on like May 10 and got it on May 26.  It was an overnight order too.  Paid extra and everything.  I had to sent that matrix back because it was defective.  I sent it back for a exchange on June 2 and got it back on July 28.  I had to email them like 100 times to all departments to get help and talk on the online chat to pressure them.  I also filed several complaints with them with the better business bereau of New York to put added pressure on them.

Yes I think we have all had long processing times.  But they ship a good product and the time they ship it at its going to be at your house in no time.  Send them an email in THEIR requested format wanting to know why the delay is so long.  Urrrmmm....  Be polite or you will just be kicked in the ass and I wouldnt blame them if they make you wait longer.  They are a busy company, have patience.

Yea I know I wasnt rude or anything. I sent my id and everything and they even exchanged my matrix for a chameleon + solderless adapter because of the matrix being discontinued. They are cool.. just processing takes to long  beerchug.gif

My friend waited months for his 3 matrix chips with programmers.  Two chips came, one programmer, and nothing else ever made it.  He gave me the second matrix for helping him install his (which is how I found the xbox-scene)..  The third matrix and two programmers never appeared, but he doesn't care so..

I however ordered two chameleons (one for myself, one for another friend of mine) and paid for overnight.  My dad sent them an e-mail asking them to process it early because we were leaving for vacation, and we got a positive response very quickly.  Before lunch time the next day the delivery guy was here with two chameleons.  That's from canada to california (right?) overnight, meaning instant processing just as we had asked.

Strange, isn't it? =p

But this is neither here nor there, as this is entirely the wrong forum to be posting this kind of shit in.  Try the "Webshop Ratings/Opinions" forum, genius.

Lets try the webshop ratings/opinions forums doesnt allow you to post new topics and there is currently no eb2k thread there... genius
