I previously had evox and the dashboard running fine on my box with a chameleon so everything is installed correctly. I had evox in bank 0, then I flash it to bank1 using evox, the box restarted and booted evox from bank1 fine... i then flashed bank 0 with cromwell 1.8 but accidently it wasnt the xodus release with the automatic flasher.... it booted to cromwell 1.8 but i cant switch back to my evox. I tried the dip switches but they do nothing. I tried switching to every bank and even different modes but i still get cromwell 1.8. When i remove the chip the xbox boots retail. I tried using the ozxflash but it has an error saying unknown device id write protected?? or something like that. The linux bios also says flash type: flash is read-only when booting. Is there any way i can implement the chameleons software bank control through linux? any ideas? i greatly appreciate any help
