Regarding stealth mode, IT'S NOT INFAMOUS!!!!!!!!!!  It does nothing for you.  It's totally useless.  It's not for playing on XBL or anything, it's just gay.  There's maybe 5 people that find it useful, and neither me nor you are one of those 5.

I have a friend that's never going to do XBL.  He has 56k and says that if he ever does get broadband he won't get XBL anyway.  I'll get him to bring over his Xbox later today and we'll try it out.  I can almost guarantee you'll get banned.  Since it doesn't matter to him, I'll go ahead and try it out.  He has an X2L, but we'll swap it with my Chameleon, put in stealth mode, and proceed to get his Xbox banned.

I'll report the findings later today.

heh thanks, lol i cant see why it isnt worth experimenting tho, although i dont think it will work as the bios is stored in xbox memory once loaded

OK, just tried it about an hour ago.  Now we have one officially banned Xbox.  We logged on with his Xbox (modchip on in stealth mode), played a few minutes, quit, went back 45 mins later and gave us the classic modified hardware message.

Now you can't say nobody's tried it, because I have, and it doesn't work.
