Matrix Install Problem!

I have a solid green light on my Matrix in Mode 2 and a Solid green light on the front eject and power buttons. When the Xbox logo begins to load and all the green lights I mentioned are solid, it freezes in the middle of loading the Xbox logo. Don't know where to go from here!!!!! Any help appreciated!!!
