ok this is diffrent. ok i got the frage error fixed. the xbox is bootin and the chip is glowing blue. but then it turns green and the xbox bots normaly into the M$ dash. is my chip blank or what or does the legel bios do this. ok i found  the problem the light wasent green it was just short on power. so the d0 on the chip wasent fully grounded. i held a screw ontop of the d0 and it glowed birghtly blue. so im going to try to get a better ground on the chip.
