Cameleon - Matrix Install

I just added my new Cham to the Matrix, after cutting the lines, and the Matrix lights up fine. The Chams blue light just blinks and my XBOX wont boot.

I don't see any dirt on the Cham and it looks good, but I don't get a solid blue light or boot.

Any ideas?
