Matrix Soldered Flashes Green/red And Stays Red

tongue.gif But not i KNOW they are all connected in test mode i get green for a second then red. In mode 3 itsz green for a second then red. I am using this on my Matrix chip... "4976.02_Silver_Noani_256k.bin" i tried erasing it after but it wouldn't detect the programmer when i connect it  anymore. I am pretty lost here i burnt this cd "SlaYer's EvoX Auto-Installer" i have no idea what it does but all i know is that the MS dash says that its a dirty cd. What can i do for my Matrix for boot up correctly?
