FYI,

Had another chat with easybuy as my 2nd chameleon which I ordered and was shipped on 23rd May has not arrived yet.

This is what I got from them in terms of info for North America:

1. Chips can be shipped from 3 locations. Montreal office (Canada), US (Texas would be my guess) and Mexico (presumably their factory)
2. Chips are shipped based upon availability i.e. if Canada doesn't have the part then it will be shipped from the States or Mexico
3. Chips shipped from Mexico can take up to 3 weeks to arrive (very annoying). Also tracking via USPS or CanadaPost may not be possible as the item is registered usually a week after it is shipped (from Mexico)

Some of this is based upon assumptions I'm making. Some is based on what eb2k have told me.

easybuy sucks, I pre-ordered May 5th and my credit card status says  accepted but still no tracking info. called today and they said it should ship out friday! WTF How come people are getting their mods and they just ordered last week. I'll shop elsewhere next time...

Ordered mine on the first day , wow it finally shipped...  I'll never deal with easybuy2000 again.  I hope xodus deals with other outlets.

I know people told me not to do it" but i did it ... And now Easybuy2000  has lost my chip!!  They said they shipped may24 but the tracking number  is no good.And yet another butt ,Icall up EASYBUY2000  to hear   don"t worry be happy  the chip is in the mail.......

Ordered May 23 and got the tracking number today (May 29).  It shipped from Canada so hopefully it will be here soon.

Hey i just got my tracking number (not my order number) today finally.  Where am i supposed to track it from?  Canada Post, USPS?? None are working for me

Easybuy sucks even more - well today's Friday and no tracking number as promised on the phone. I hate it when a company flat out lies about something. Guess I'll have to dispute the charges...

damn you poor people. easybuy2000 in uk are excellent - ive made 3 orders - all have come within 2 weeks.  I just ordered 4 cham's and a matrix on the 23rd and they came on the 28th,,,,,, thats not forgetting that weekend was a 4 day bank holiday! oh well good luck to you all!

Same here.

I believe that all the USA customers that pre-orederd are getting the run around.

Unless they orderd multiple chips.  I myself only ordered one to try it out first.  I think they are filling the $39 price orders first and leaving us $25 orders last.

I e-mailed them twice this week and they said:
"we must have over looked your order" and
"we are having problems with pre-orders it should be shipped next week"

I will be giving them  a phone call next week if I can get through.  dry.gif
