yeah i sent em 2 e-mails for my canecellation on the chameleon, but i didnt want to wait for 5 months to get it so i ordered an x2 lite. I have sent 2 e-mails and called about 7 times and have had the same problem as you and havent been able to get a hold of them.

they responded to my email today saying that they were shipping out to people that pre-ordered but that it might take up to two weeks to cover all those orders.
