I think they said May 9th.  But that could be in the year 2005 who knows.

Nothing Easybuy says is believable.  They are one of the most unreliable dealers you will ever have the displeasure of using if you decide to purchase a chameleon chip.

I think they where supposed to be shipping on the 9'th.But I haven't my chip yet eather.I really am quite dissapointed with the people over at easybuy2000.

FYI,

I pre-ordered 2 chameleons on February 4th and have still not been charged.

I would imagine that I am one of the first pre-orders so if and when they charge my card and ship I will let you all know.

I purchased the Matrix chip on Thursday of last week and they finally shipped it out today (Wednesday), almost a week later.  There site used to say the chips would go out the 9th, but apparently that isn't happening.  They are THE worst dealer on the Internet, I have no idea why Xodus would use them as their sole distributotor; maybe they mass produce the chips for them?  According to ResellerRatings.com they have a lifetime rating of 2.12 out of 10, whereas Amazon has almost an 8 (and last I read they are the highest rated online dealer).

Anyways, if you don't mind soldering I would go with the X2 or whatever.  I chose to go the EasyBuy2000 direction because I'm afraid of soldering in my XBox.

If I may ask, what would amazon be doing selling modchips. They would make more money by selling games, and well yhea. Plus I don't think they want to get involved with anything of that sort, things that may void Warenties.

Anyway, I think its also fishy how they don't say they are backordered, and put our ETA just to not have them.

my creditcard was finally charged for the Chameleon chips I order, but there is still no shipping date available and I went to the Xodus site and couldn't even find anything on how to install it.
