What wattage of a soldering iron did you use?  Also what size solder did you use? wink.gif   I have a v1.1 w/ a Matrix.  The lpc holes are hollow on the board.  With both switches on during installation, the chip was aligned to where it would flash green and then go red.  Supposedly that is when it is aligned, but when one is up and two is down, there is no video.  The chip flashes green 3 times and then it stops because it errors.  Tried installing it for hours, but it still wouldn't work.  Tried installing it on a friend's box with filled holes and it worked.  How do you fill the holes?  again, what wattage of iron did you use?  What size solder did you use?
