The lpc points are not aligned or you got a bad flash.

reflash the chip with the programmer. Try another bios.

Yeah i have the same problem with 2 of my freinds xbox
any one have any help?
or did i just waste $120 bucks?

I had basically the same problem. I'm having to take mine to a pro mod chipper and hes gonna be doing it for me. I think you should try the same thing and get everything done in one go.

i´ve got the flashing green light when i tried to put the matrix on the xbox, after that i turn the 2 swiches OFF, and before yesterday i hadn´t any problem, i don´t know why the xbox can´t boot because the matrix looks aligned

the matix can work its way loose, even if it was ok it'll get out of line. Have you tried setting the switches back to test mode to see it you still get the green flashing lights.
This is exactly what happened to me about a month after install and since I fixed it down really tight with a big screw its been fine (over 4 months).
