It won't boot EvoX program or won't boot anything?  Did you try to put in an EvoX CD?  More information needed.

Does it: reboots 3 times then flash green red? (frags)
Or does it: display an error message (error 16) then flashes green read?

If it frags, then it's bios error, which you could have miss alignment (try to realign! the lights lie some times) or a bad flash.

If it's error 16, that means the chip is installed correctly and the bios is working, it's time to install evo-x...

You probally have to clean the connections with some alchohal and press down firmly at the pogo pins and tighten, i had the same problem.

First of all, thanks for the reply's.

It seems that i have version 1.0 of the xbox
On the t.v. i don't get any information, just a black screen.
The box tries to boot for 2 or 3 times, but after that the eject button starts flashing red and green and i can't do anything but turning it off. The Matrix led is green constantly when i power up the box.
About re-aleigning, i'll gues i should do it when the box is fully connected to the t.v., and while moving the martix i should get something at all on the t.v screen beside a black screen ???
When i remove the matrix it works fine.......
I wonder what to do

First of all, make sure you flashed the Matrix with a v 1.0 bios.  Try using the EVOX 2.6-blue BIOS.  It worked for me several times.

here is your answer.

Your matrix is not correctly aligned.  It may seem like it is but the LPC points are probably not making a good contact.  How do I know this.  It happened to me this week.

I filled the LPC holes with Solder then popped in the chip and wammo, First time it works no worries.  no fragging at all.

Also if the holes have solder in the sweet spot for matrix is much easier to find.

Have fun!!
