Can Someone Answer (matrix)

Xbox V1.1     Finally got my matrix mod and started the install.  Flashed using WinLPC, flashed chip with EvoxD6 Blue eject fix bios,  it flashed it and verified it (so i am assuming all is well there)  cleaned the points and went to put the chip in.  From what i hear a brief green flash in mode 1 then blinking red is good.  i went to put in mode 2 it blinks red, mode 4 blinks orange.  heres the thing i get nothing, i hit the power and the chip lights up but blank screen.  This is and allignment issue, or is my bios no good?  i put in boot cd but still nothing.  I can assume that that is good ( i read that if you cant read the cd-rw on your pc that is a good thing) Any ideas peoples?  I havent done any soldering yey, didnt want to if i didnt have to.  when i first tried it it was nothing but red blinlking led, then i removed laquer and got it to blink green once then red so i thought i was good.  I have read about people soldering the DO pin to the mother board to correct allignment, does this mean that the holes also need to be filled in too.  Help me please.  Thanks in advance!

Thanks, I figured i was gonna have to solder it!  I went home for lunch and messed w/ it a little, as i mentioned i used the d6 blue bios.  I took some .22 solder and made a small ball of solder and left a little tail on it and smashed it flat (very small, and put it in the only hole that looked like it had no solder in it (all the rest looked pretty good, pretty flush to the top) put it back on and alligned it and when i turned it on in my screen with the big x said xbox and was blue in color not green like before) I was happy as i took this to be a good thing. I am correct to think this right? ?   My evox cd wouldnt read though told me some stuff like unable to read cd might be dirty, so i have to work on that.  I swore I did it right, used xiso and created a iso of the default.xbe and evox.ini a skin and bios folder then burned it with nero on cd-rw media,  memorek I think was the brand.  I believe the size on disk was very small like 4mg  is this right?  I read that it takes like 20 min to burn it??  took me like 1min 30 sec.  I think im going in the right direction here but your comments would sure help.  Espically for all you that have done this before.  Thanks Again

laugh.gif  Worked a treat!

Your chip is working if the logo goes blue. If packing the cd with dummy files don't work try different media.
