check your HDD and DVD cable....

That happened to me, It was an alignment issue.
the green light on the matrix chip don't mean shit.

I am getting the same sh.t.  I believe this is related to the v 1.2 xbox or late v 1.1's protection.  let me know what you guys think.  now it happens after i took out my x 2 chip.  this sucks.  i will try to flash to the new 4975 and see if it works.
