Speedracer, do you mean the Xbox with the blown TSOP is useless, and the Matrix chips is fine.. or do you mean the XBox works with the Matrix chip only?

what he is saying is..

if your tsop was flashed BAD ..
the TSOP is 1mg .. most/all bios's out there are 256k just mirrored 4 times.. making a 1ng image.

so if the tsop was flashed lets say 25% (256k of it) of the way then died..
his link will help you fix it.. so you can RE flash the tsop WITH THE MATRIX.. then take the matrix off.. and you are back to normal..

BUT if it did NOT make it up to 25% then that link will NOT WORK..

FORCING you to USE a matrix OR other mod chip such as x2lite ..x2pro etc etc to get your xbox BOOTING again.. and it MUST stay in there..

Tried using a desoldering iron, but couldn't get all of it out.

Good thing is that I left the Matrix in this box and it works fine.
