um.... you removed and it you took out the washer right? i mean did you remove it while it was off? and when you put it back in does it work again?

you usually get the flashing red light and a blank screen when you bridge or break a connection inside the xbox, did you muck around with the eeprom, tsop or anything????

stil no luck, this sucks bigtime
i didnt screw around or fuck up
what could this problem be and how can i repair it?

i just got the same problem today...

And when i put my matrix in on on mode it works but say i have wrong HD wich i have hehe

I need help 2
i tried another bios and it wont work anyways...

energy, did you reflash your chip? but it sounds that maybe a wire came off. did you solder then hot glue?

lundell. your matrix is not either all the way down or get a better bios programmed.
