Egads, this has to be one of the most bizarrely idiotic posts I have seen yet.
It took me a few times going over to understand you are implying that an Xecutor 1.x upgrade is what you are referring to.
Of course,you are absolutely WRONG in your equation, so I'm guessing that, instead of being an objective poster, you are a Matrix Fanboy posting with the usual FUD we've been seeing from fanboys on both sides.
FACT: There are documented options for upgrading with an Xecutor 1.x on the motherboard (so it seems that removal is not required, and you don't use the pogopins option with the upgrade)
FACT: No programmer is required, since the latest BIOS is on the Xecutor 2 Lite already.
So your "upgrade" is basically the cost of the X2L chip, $89 and a little soldering, to upgrade an even EARLIER modchip.
Rather than let this devolve with your misinformed start, I'm going to merge it with the other thread. X-S doesn't need another thread devolving into fanboy rants.
