I'd prefer the Matrix BUT if you already have a working mod in there I'd leave it while it's working.

just wanted to say that its cheap mod.not cheap lpc mod.cheap lpc is the programmer.....

but anyway i wouldn't use the matrix.most people have problems 'cause the matrix comes unaligned.a cheapmod is soldered.the connection is better and its flashable via evox.let it in there and sell the matrix.

Matrix has got nothing over the cheapmod in terms of features..
the only reason you'd use it was if you cant solder... and since yours is already installed, there should be no question!

Yeah the d0 point is on the underside so I wouldnt need to remove it? It might help in a way wouldnt it since chances are most alignment problems with the matrix is most likely due to the d0 point?

Again the wire if soldered on the bottom wouldnt hurt if I left it there if I do decide to remove the cheap mod.

I am thinking about selling this one and buying a brand new one anyway. If I do so then I will install the Matrix. Thats the main reason I bought it is because I was planning on buying a use unmodded or a brand new system period. But I couldnt pass up a 100% working modded Xbox with 2 controllers for $135.

If you leave the d0 wire however the Matrix will only operate correctly in mode 2; in fact it will always be in mode 2.
