Maybe which back to Mode 1 before re-aligning? Since only Mode 1 will show red when it is not aligned. Worth a shot if you haven't tried that yet.

Nevermind, the test mode was off, that's why, got it to work, right after close the box, it freaking started not workin again!! need to open it back up again....I hate this!!!

Try a longer screw; this has helped a lot of people with loss of alignment problems.  Read my sig for the type.
