Question About Matrix And Intermittent Red/green

Since the matrix does not establish a PERMANENT electrical connection, your chip may become unaligned.  You should try re-aligning your chip.  If u want to rid yourself of these problems, you should invest in a chip that REQUIRES soldering.

The Red/ Green flashing indicates that d0 IS aligned ok but one or more of the LPC pins are not.
