Xbox Warm Up?

I had this problem on mine but it would not load evo-x until it warmed up and would give me the service error.  I re-aligned my chip and I didn't have that problem.  Now it stopped working again and I am going to solder it to the board because it is becoming a pain in the ass to kep having to take my xbox apart.

All of my heat/cold problems were due to bad connections as well...
