It's not supposed to be shorter and is probably stuck in there.

Use a tiny bit of lubricant spray to get it out or similar,  but don't use massive force as it is likely to be damaged.

i took all the pogo pins out in the end and just left the top (gspot one in).
soldered all except the one with wires...it was a piece of piss to line up (with all the others soldered) and it works perfect now....just wish i solderd in the first place instead of messing around for a week and getting really f***** off.
so by doing it this way 1 lil pogo pin is no prob,and youll be less stressed.
