You guys need to search for previous posts on this issue. There are tons of them.

Simply:

Fill the LPC holes with a little solder.
When aligned correctly, the mod should flash green for a second and then flash red constantly.
When not aligned, it should flash red all the time.

i have it it mode 2 and the light is contstant green
but it just boots up the normal bios and cant read cd rw

Align in mode 1.
If other modes don't work, it is not aligned properly.
