I've put Matrix chips in two V1.0 XBOX's with no problems, quick and easy.  Just got another friend's to do and was it for like 2 F*CKING hours!  According to xbox-scene he has a V1.0, which shouldn't really matter since I tried the newest Evox Bios.  It just does weird crap like I hit hte power button, it turns on then promptly turns off, then on, then off.  The light is green and everything.  I tried a different Bios and it does boot, but it will not boot off of the CD that the other two XBOX's boot off of.  The DVD drive I believe is a Thompson and appears to be the same model number as another one that I have booted off of fine.  I've even swamped DVD drives and still a no go!  Any ideas?!  Thanks for any help you can give.
