Although the Bolt option is OK. The EASIEST and QUICKEST way to resolve the stripping issue is just to goto your local hardare store and by a #6 x 1/2" sheet metal screw. Works perfectly.  I stripped mine within 30 min of alignment. Went to the store bought the screw and realigned with the new screw within 20 min. No problems since.
