Lol man i wish it was like that....but after i took it off it still didnt work....i mean now its not workin it all ....all it does....its just beepin and stuff...
i dont know what to do ...i think the matrix maybe screwed da bios..of da xbox itself

now its like beepin and turn off before it turned off and on off and on.....i think it still does it

Ouch!

You didn't install any other dashboard did you?

I guess you could try to make sure all of your cables are making good connections. Also, if you screwed the onboard BIOS, you may be able to still use the Matrix if you can get it to remain aligned. A longer screw helps with this (check my sig)

ok thx man i just tried to put the chip back again and the xbox works...but i tried like almost all the modes and it doesnt boot backups so i tried to flash other bios evox 2.5 and still doesnt boot any ......and whats really stupid here that it sits on da motherboard good cuz the green light is on.......on da chip da green light i dont know if it spose to flash or anything but its just on

Almost impossible to mess up your box with a matrix. Something is loose or unplugged. Worst case is that you tightened the matrix way too tight and tried to move it causing the pogo pins to scratch a gap in a track. Also your martix couldn't affect your onboard bios without the special flashing bios. And like someone else said, if you installed evox then your xbox won't boot without the mod.

What media are you using?
use memorex cdrw or better dvdr.

Questions :

1. Do you have the original Harddisk ?
2. Did you install another EvolutionX
3. You say he makes beeps ? What beeps ? When ?
4. Do you get a green light on your powerbutton or is it red ? orange ? blue ? purple ? etc ...

man of course i have the original hardisk i didnt modify anything
and iv installed a few bios i mean flashed on da chip......and it makes beeps after i take the matrix off the motherboard

sometimes its green and i dont see anything on the screen and sometimes its green and red

......but i think i figured it out because last time when i tried to install the excuter chip i had to rip it of the mother because it didnt work so anyway my xbox didnt work.....so i gave it to some store that sells consoles and stuff and they said that there is nothing wrong with the xbox after they checked it i mean and they just said its the ac adaptor and then they gave me new one......and now it does the same thing or like almost the same thing that it did in the last time....so can it can be the ac adaptor again? should i buy a new one or its something else cuz i think the xbox has something in it that can fry adaptors

hhahahha or no i dont know im kinda really pissed off

and no one of them worked........and now the friggin xbox doesnt work at all i mean with the matrix in it......im almost postivie that its the ac adaptor thing cuz it did me that same thing last time i mean it worked fine and then when i tried to INSTALL the xecuter it didnt work and when i sent it to the store they said its the adaptor and i need to a buy new one so i did ...and it worked until now and i also think its the adaptor cuz the old one didnt work before i put the matrix.....

so what do ya think?

did the xbox fry the adaptor ?
