So needless to say my Xbox was screwed. Until the matrix.

I ordered a Matrix chip, got it flashed and installed, I also took the liberty of putting in a new 80gb WD hd (using the evox hd prep util) into the xbox since the case was open. Now here's where things get weird. Evox boots fine.. burned DVDR's play fine... ftp'ing to the xbox works fine.. playing anything off the drive or running an app now hangs the xbox everytime. Is this a bad drive problem? Bad setup via evox? I've put drives into other xbox's using the same dvd and those are working fine. I don't understand how evox can come up and run fine while none of the other utils or games will??  Any help would be super appreciated!!!
