Flashing Matrix From The Hd?

is there a program for the xbox that can flash the matrix with a new bios so that you don't have to take it out and plug it in the programmer for flashing? as far as i know there is only programs that can flash the tsop. and if there is such a program, how shall i set my matrix-jumpers?
