2) I think only easybuy sells it

3) Use mode 3 to make it undetectable (Eject swap bios)

Just remember that in order for a modchip to be non-detectable on XBOX Live, you need to disable it which means of course, you can't be running backed up games which would require the modchip bios to be running.

The Matrix can be disabled by running in mode 3 and using the eject trick to switch back to the original bios.
