Flashing Tsop With Matrix Question

my friend just brought over his xbox, it works 100% with the matrix installed. he just has 1 problem he was  going to flash the tsop and he pulled the jumper lead off the MB so he can not bridge the 2  so he can flash is there a way to run a wire from another source to be able to flash the tsop?. i know the buttom of the MB   the 2 dots you bridge if you do not want to use the  other wire , i just need a way to repair the top jumper. any help would be grateful thank you.
