Flashing Tsop With Matrix

Im trying to flash the TSOP using the new evo bios and the matrix chip. I looked around and only got the pictures but nothing solid on how to do so. If someone has done it already, maybe they could drop a line of advice about the two last pins and exactly how to solder them, wasnt too sure just by looking at the icture. Thanks alot.
