The Matrix Flash Green Then Red

Does anyone know what it mean when the matrix is install on the g spot and is flashing green for a 3sec then blink red again?

i had that problem with matrix install.  it comes unaligned sometimes when you put all that stuff back in the box. what worked for me is i set the chip to mode 3, or whatever you want, and as a final step push down lightly on the G connection. thats where my problem was anyhow.  look at the led on the chip and it should have both on to make like and orange type colour.  if the modchip led is red flashing then it isnt working. you can see the modchip leds throught the side of the xbox where the air vents are.
