You cannot flash a onboard TSOP if youre running any sort of LPC Chip

Because it doesn't plain and simple.

I'd refer you to Xboxhacker for the full explanation, but it's down.

Even if you "pull" the LPC mod off, the address space used by the TSOP bios is unavailable to the Xbox until it's restarted with the TSOP.

Anyway, If I were to consider installing a modchip for the sole purpose of flashing the onboard bios, which would be the easiest?

Also, when you do a backup using evolutionX, you get a bios.bin file.  I assume that this is the bios of my matrix (although it is 1M in size); is that right?
