The bios should be in PCP(or something like that) and Port 378. That worked for me.

If not get a friend to program the Matrix for you. If you are in NJ I might be able to help

I had some problems with this as well.  I read a few posts and found out that I needed to change my IRQ to 7 and enter my bios and change to EPP.  At that point I was still having problems.  Until, I decided to squeeze the programmer and chip together.  BRAVO!!!  It worked, but I had to hold it for 25 fuckin minutes.  Maybe I should have spliced my 1 meg bios before I flashed with winlpc.  Haha, anyway that's what I had to do to get it to work.  Hope this helps.
