I'm so stoked right now. I got my chip yesterday, flashed it, but had to wait a day to install it. (wrong size torx) Anyway, i flashed with the color mod, but it turned out to be a bogus bin. I downloaded another one, and it worked. I was so happy when i saw that blue logo. I am just waiting on my DVD burner to arrive, and then I am set. Thanx to all the wise posters out there that got me through this.

how long did it take you to get your xodus? im not sure if i should get that or wait for the xecuter2

why are you getting a DVD burner? Just swap HD and put the games on the XBox's HD.

                                    i agree. i have an 80GB and i am totally set. if you want more games, get a 120 gig. you could go to the project 411GB page if you want to really go crazy. theirs no point in getting a DVD burner. i have a dvd burner (got it for other reasons) and in the year ive had it i have burnt like 5-10 DVDs and feel that it is not worth it. plus, my xbox reads cd-rs so neny neny poo poo
