So then i flashed it and was putting it in my xbox which the chip is very sensitive to movement heh. So finally got it aligned and had to reboot with the disc in and finally got EvoX GUI. But i can't play any of my games on my HDD b/c i don't really know how to get all the FTP stuff working and editing of hdd b/c i need some tutorials. yes i am new to this. but i have a lot of computer background, heh

this sucks so much. I'm in my CCNA class right now. maybe i can fit some things on a floppy.

at least you got one... i tryed to look at my order today but when ever i type it in and press enter (yes i'm typing it in right, i've done it everyday for two weeks now) it gives me "500 internal Server Error" anyone else got that? i've tryed it like 6 times now. i've tryed it on my school's t1 (which i run) and on my sucky dial-up, and still nothing..

Same here. I talked to someone else that had the same problem and he said it took 5 postal days to recieve it (he's in Chicago, and it's shipped from Montreal).

2-3 days max. But easybuy is not the fastest company in the world. Not to mention I have heard numerous stories on how they are not efficient on their orders.

My credit card was accepted 5 days before they shipped it. They also didn't ship it until I called to tell them that it hadn't shipped. A CSR talked to the shipping dept and said that it should have been shipped earlier. I dunno what's going on there, but it's not professional.

They should be shipping today or monday. Just hope you don't end up with a horror story like many of the other people waiting for their chip to show up. Best thing to do is call to be sure they are shipping it.

Good luck to you guys. I was told that my chip shipped Tuesday. And now today Im told im sorry I got a print out of the shipping and your order wasnt on there. Fuck that I got an 8777x number cause i placed order on the 2nd of oct. So I called the BBB on that ass and told them whats the deal.

That's ridiculous. I ordered mine weeks before you did and we both got a tracking # at the same time?? I bet yours gets delivered before mine. EasyBuy's priorities are obviously fucked up. I think they just pick random orders and fill them instead of going in order?

Ordered Oct 22, Easybuy said it shipped Oct 28, Tracking # became available on canadapost.com on Nov. 1'st. And recieved in the mail today on Nov 2'nd.

This was shipped priority 2-6 day mail. Hope that helps anyone.

My Matrix chip arrived today, November 2nd (yesterday, actually, since it's very early in the morning). From what I'm seeing on this thread, that's actually not too bad, it would seem.

I was able to flash it using WinLPC and a colormod EvoX 2.5 BIOS in only two tries. The first time I attempted to flash it, WinLPC gave me an error about 10% of the way into the flash. I made the delay a little longer, tried it again, and voila! The chip flashed and verified like a dream.

According to UPS, my Xbox will be here on Monday and I can actually attempt putting the Matrix in the box!

When i try to track my order i get this error:
